岩巷综掘快速成巷柔性排矸系统研究

Study on Flexible Platoon Lane System of Rock Fully Mechanized Tunneling Driving

摘要:

:综合机械化掘进条件下,破岩能力与排矸能力不匹配是制约岩巷掘进速度的重要因素。分析了我国岩巷综掘排矸工艺现状,基于排矸系统的连续性和可靠性,将排矸系统分为刚性排矸系统和柔性排矸系统两种,认为增设临时储矸仓的柔性排矸系统有利于进一步提高岩巷综掘速度;分析了影响柔性排矸系统可靠性的主要因素,并提出相应对策。针对平煤十一矿己24011 工作面底抽巷,开展了综掘柔性排矸系统应用,月进尺最高达312m,研究成果具有重要推广意义。

Abstract:

Abstract: Under the condition of fully mechanized tunneling driving, abilities of driving and platoon lane don't match is an important factor of restricting the speed of rock driving. Through the analysis of China's rock roadway tunneling current situation of platoon lane system, based on the continuity and reliability of platoon lane system, platoon lane system will be divided into rigid platoon lane system and flexible platoon lane system,points out additional temporary storage bin of platoon lane system help to further improve the speed of driving, at the same time, focuses on the analysis of factors affecting the flexible platoon lane system in view of the influence factors puts forward the corresponding reform strategies. After application of reformed platoon lane system in Pingdingshan No.11 coal mine bed plate tunnel of 24011 working face, the amount of month driving up to 312m,shows that the flexible platoon lane system has promoting significance.
